What we collect

When you order we collect your name, phone number, email, delivery address and the items you buy. Payments are processed by Paystack; we don’t receive or store your card number or MoMo PIN.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your order.
• To contact you about your order on WhatsApp, SMS, phone or email.
• To send updates about new collections only if you opt in (e.g. joining our WhatsApp list).

Collab applications

If you apply to collaborate, we keep the details you send (name, group, contact details, socials, location, audience size and your idea) only to review your application and get back to you. Ask us any time to delete it.

Stored on your device

Your bag, wishlist and last order are saved in your browser’s local storage so they’re there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Sharing

We share only what’s needed with Paystack (payments) and our delivery partners (rider or courier). We never sell your data.

Your rights

Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact us at [email protected].
